“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain
I have always wanted to do some good in the world. Whether the good I am doing is through working with non-profit, or if it is capturing the important moment of someones life. A saying that I have always loved is, “If there is a story I will tell it. If there is a picture I will get it,” because it truly represents the diversity of what a good photographer can do. I like to consider myself a good photographer. If not more than that, although the viewer will have to be the judge of that.
My passion in photography has lead me all over the country, and eventually will lead me all over the world. I want to continue to work with children; capturing their smiles and their triumph. I also want to continue to work with animals; trying to benefit their lives, and being a voice for them when they have none. Overall though, what I want to do is show the world what I see through my viewfinder. The happiness and the sadness, the beauty in a shadow, or even that look in a loved ones eye. Capturing it for all time.
I found my passion while I was young, and the world has truly become one big opportunity, and I want to share my eyes with the world. Meeting each and everyone that I can, and trying to change their lives, like the people that I have met so far, have done for mine.
